Thanks for your patience. The launch of Ranmeter 2.2 allowed for some cool new stuff.

The Left Rectangle opens and closes the tray.

This is the final evolution of the entire series. The included screenshot shows all 4 available trays open. Closed, they are darkened and inverted, leaving a completely open and free desktop, if that is your choice. The background is the Windows 7/Vista Aero effect - it will match your Aero Background. XP systems will see nothing.

The picture is called "Genetic Degeneration" by Lufteluke [link] Real good stuff.....

There is an alternate, downloaded from Bing. I am unsure of the artist.

Because I have loaded two themes, you may need to go and manually install the theme of your choice.

Left Click the weather icon for a 3 day forecast!

Right click the monitor on the CPU section for the Task Manager.

Left click on the album art/"X" to open the media player of your choic (default to Windows Media Player).

Defrag and Disk Cleaner are the icons next to the hard drive data, respectively.

The icons in the dock will change from grey transparent to color opaque when that program is opened.

The shutdown goes directly to shutdown.

Let me know what you think, and thanks!

**************NOTES***************

-YOU MUST HAVE RAINMETER 2.2 FOR ALL OF THE FEATURES TO WORK!!!
-Will work on down to 1366x768, but it is tight. Best used on 1600x900/1440x900 or greater resolution.
-3 or 4 core systems upon request, but it will take time, and will require 1600x900/1440x900 resolution or higher to implement.
-Battery upon request, same stipulations as above.
-For some reason, IE 9 strips the .rmskin and replaces it with .zip Simply rename the extension as .rmskin, and doulble click. I don't know why this happens. Please use Firefox or Chrome to download properly.

The top right of the page states "Download File," then 3.6 MB. You want to use something other than IE, as, for some reason, IE downloads as a zip file rather than an RMSKIN file.

This is really awesome! I am trying to edit the music player to work with Rhapsody, but every time I edit it, I get an error saying it is an invalid media player. Do you know if this can work with Rhapsody? I changed the "WMP" to "Rhapsody" with no spaces before or after, but no luck! Thanks!

Sadly, Rhapsody is not current supported, unless it utilizes the CAD (CD Art Display) interface. I am pretty certain it doesn't. The full supported list is (as per Rainmeter):

AIMP=AIMP
foobar2000=CAD (foo_cad plugin req)
iTunes=iTunes
J. River Media Center=CAD (intcad plugin req)
J. River Media Jukebox=CAD (intcad plugin req)
Last.fm Client=WLM
MediaMonkey=MediaMonkey
Media Player Classic=WLM
MusicBee=CAD
OpenPandora=WLM
Spotify=Spotify
TTPlayer=WLM
Winamp=Winamp
VLC=CAD (libcad plugin req)
WMP=WMP
Zune=WLM

"WLM" is very limited in what is shows and how, but this may work for your uses.

This page will show you more information from Rainmeter: [link]

I hope this helps, and I am sorry I am unable to offer further information.

Hi, I'm new to Rainmeter. When it downloaded, I clicked install and it restarted Rainmeter, nothing happened. I tried unloading the default skin and loading yours, but nothing showed up. What am I doing wrong?

Are the tray bars on the sides? The default is closed. You need to click on the tray bars to open the meters.

I use a program called "Fences" from Stardock. It is free for non-comm use. My Hidden Fences v1.5 will show this soon.
